In today’s living we are all talking about change. Real change is a hard endeavor and it takes a lot of time, effort and discipline and self work to achieve change within ourselves. Yoga can help with achieving that goal. Not only is it a body practice through Asanas but a mental practice through meditation. Meditation is guiding you to an Alpha state of mind, where you tap into the subconscious and you will be able to rewire old patterns and turn it into new beliefs. This is where real change takes place.
