Persistence and the adventure of change
My passion is Movement, not only Yoga but in general movement. From when I was little, I danced, trained, walked, climbed and had fun exploring the world by moving around. Yoga was introduced to me quite late and with ups and downs until I finally found the Yoga Style I loved. I became a Yoga Trainer 2022 in Nepal and since then I have been passionate about yogic philosophy, movement, meditation, breath work and trying to live a yogic life the best that I can.

I am a trained architect, and hospitality expert, but Yoga is my Calling. Yoga helped me through personal losses as well as bodily injuries. This is when I decided that I want to bring Yoga to people, as it was helping me as well.
So beginning of 2022 I did my Yoga Training in Nepal and in August of the same year, I moved to Rwanda, to start an architectural project but ended up teaching yoga and bringing some of the knowledge of my YTT to Africa. As I entered a world of trauma and stress I knew that Yoga could bring a sense of calm to people. I entered into the world of Yoga Therapy and got foundational knowledge with an Australian Institute (Adore Yoga, 2023).
Moving back to Europe in 2024, I got back to my old life in TV production but soon realized that I needed to go back to teaching Yoga and bringing joy and movement to people. Only the niche was missing where I could give back and reach people who needed yoga the most.
Finally, I became an Aerial Yoga trainer (2025) as well as a yoga&cancer trainer (2025) allowing me to diversify not only my own practice but spreading a little bit of yogic light to other people.
I certainly believe that Yoga is for everyone and every(body)! I would even go further to believe that everyone needs yoga in his life. What we see on social media and we believe is yoga is only a small part of it. The variety in the yoga practice is as wide as people living on earth.
My journey doesn’t end here but is just beginning to unfold.
